Location Data

Location data is central to DockClock's value. GPS coordinates captured at check-in and check-out are stored permanently as part of the tamper-proof record. This data may be shared with brokers and is accessible via the public verification URL. By using DockClock, you consent to this collection and use of your location data.

Data Retention

Detention records, invoices, and associated data are retained indefinitely to preserve the integrity of tamper-proof records. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at privacy@dockclock.app, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your data is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own records through the app. Broker review pages use unique, unguessable tokens.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@dockclock.app with any requests.
